Yes! During crawfish season, we usually have live sacks available daily. Call to confirm availability. Sacks average 30-35lbs. Typically we have Field Run (Mixed sizes, Rinsed) and Large (Washed & Graded) available.
We typically allow reservations for Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Mother's Day. Call to reserve sacks for those events. Follow our Facebook page for updates.
We do not take orders for boiled items over the phone. We make everything when you arrive to ensure that your food stays hot. No need to call ahead unless you have a large To Go order.
All of our crawfish is boiled and seasoned together. However, you can add extra seasoning to the crawfish when we plate or bag it as an add-on option. Prefer it on the side? Let us know when placing your order if you want it in a cup. If our regular spice level is too hot for you, we can rinse the crawfish before serving/bagging. This is a special request and must be requested at the time of order.
At this time, we only serve boiled crawfish and shrimp.
Yes! During crawfish season, you can place your boiled items order straight from the window or from a server outside. All Deli (sandwiches, fried food, poboys) orders must be placed inside due to their customizations.
No - in order to process orders rapidly, we do not allow substitutions. You can add additional items from our sides menu.
All of our crawfish is seasoned together. However, you can add on extra seasoning for a bolder flavor.

First, we weigh the crawfish according to your order(s) (3#, 5#, etc). Next, we add your side items (per order) into each plastic bag and then we tie the plastic bag(s) to help avoid spillage. Mushrooms and boiled eggs are placed in a small styrofoam container inside of the plastic bag. Next, we place the plastic bags for each of your orders into a large, paper bag with a plastic shell. The final step is to package any dips you purchased in a paper bag and staple them to your big bag . If part of your order is going to a separate location, you must let us know when you place your order, or you will have to separate them.
